摘要: Population health management, broadly defined, is an integrated approach to improve the of entire population by targeting systems and policies that affect care quality, access, outcomes. From a clinical psychology perspective, involves applications interventions targeted at patient rather than individual patients. The traditional practice in medical settings has assessment treatment patients most often seen for one-on-one counseling.
