Luminescent properties and performance tune of novel red-emitting phosphor CaInBO4: Eu3+

摘要: Novel CaInBO4: xEu(3+) phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. Their luminescent properties characterized mainly UV-visible PLE, PL, VUV, Decay lifetime, and TG-DTA. The excitation emission spectra indicate that these can be effectively excited ultraviolet about similar to 254 nm exhibit red centered at 613 attributed D-5(0)-> F-7(2) transition of Eu3+. Optimum Eu3+ concentration this phosphor is around 9 mol%. effect Al3+/Gd3+ Ba2+/Sr2+ co-doped Eu have been investigated, the dependence intensity shows optimum doping concentrations Al3+ Ba2+ are 3 mol% 6 mol %, respectively. UV-vis diffuse reflectance wide transparent region incorporation ions in favor light absorption for CIBO: phosphor. band gaps samples obtained from reflection spectra, wavelengths modified adjusting their gaps. According decay curves, calculated lifetime (Ca1-z, Ba/Sr-z) (In1-x-y, Al/Gd-y) BO4: all shorter than 2 ms. chromaticity diagram emit light. TG-DTA data presents good thermal stability below 1100 degrees C. present work suggests novel potential applications fluorescent lamps. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
