摘要: The purpose of this paper is to present traumatic stress as a framework for assessing and intervening with the post-Katrina residents New Orleans. Applying resilience theory, authors suggest that unique historiography African Americans in Orleans serves foundation development culturally appropriate interventions can ameliorate effects disaster systemic oppression.
