摘要: Map sheets have been often used as a basic spatial unit for managing data produced from paper maps. This results in incompatibility between adjacent map sheets, because objects do not cross the boundaries smoothly and even themselves match their neighbors exactly. To solve problem this proposes computational procedure joining separate to obtain seamless data. Line digitized separately different are considered, which frequently represent road networks, gas pipelines, of polygon objects. The consists three steps: (1) extraction end nodes, (2) detection matching (3) transformation sheet. Each step goes interactively so that unexpected errors can be avoided by human observation. test validity procedure, combined containing network Tokyo 23-ku area, Japan.
