摘要: This research focuses on the assessment of fluoride doses in groundwater adopting mathematical model employed by USEPA. A total 456 samples were tested to assess spatial distribution contamination study areas. Three age groups (children, teens and adults) selected for two-way pathway exposure (potential dose dermal dose) assessment. For uncertainty sensitivity inputs variables, a new emerging Sobol analysis (SSA) technique was used determine relative importance using Monte Carlo simulation. types effects, first-order effect (FOE), second-order (SOE) (TE) calculated. The results showed that 96% analysed within standard acceptable level (1.5 mg l−1) WHO guidelines. depicts eastern south-eastern parts area have higher concentrations with few spots elevated concentration middle north south-west mean value Hazard Index children region is less than 1, whereas 95th percentile exceeded 1 both teens. FOE shows (Cw) highly sensitive followed frequency (EF), intake rate (IRw) body weight (BW). SOE scores revealed IRw–BW are most important input parameters oral health risk. model, highest score recorded interactions Cw–SA adults children. Further, show older-age more risk younger-age groups. explores feasibility SSA investigate effects individual whether it can be applied another contaminant.
