摘要: Incorporating a biorefinery unit to an operating Kraft pulping has significant technological, economic and social advantages process forest biomass over the construction of grassroots biorefinery. Also, conversion mill from 100% pulp making can be done in stepwise fashion it gives company opportunity master new technologies, evaluate options develop appropriate business plan. In all cases however, road presents serious challenges. As components wood such as lignin or hemicelluloses are withdrawn line, heat production capacity recovery boiler where they currently burnt diminished. At same time operation added increases steam demand. order avoid fossil fuel dependency, total site must highly integrated optimized. The application comprehensive innovative energy analysis methodology actual case studies shown that green, low GHG emissions is feasible. economics attractive for combining specialty bio-product, gasification, power cogenerations upgrading by optimally positioned designed absorption cycles. been applied extraction hemicelluloses, both technologies being coupled with gasification residue.
