摘要: In this study hybrid nanostructures of Au–graphene oxide (Au–GO) were synthesized via a two-step process and used to modify the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for electrochemical measurements glucose. The modified exhibits fast response less than 4 s, low detection limit 0.025 μM high signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) 3.5. fabricated sensor shows linear in large concentration range from 0.0025 mM 15 with reproducible sensitivity 84.53 μA cm−2 mM−1, which is much higher that individual Au, GO previously reported GO/rGO based sensors. addition, biosensor excellent results human serum agree well those obtained using laboratory glucometer. Moreover, glucose amount selective commercially available food samples fresh juices was also successfully measured. selectivity, thermal stability reproducibility. enhanced efficient developed Au–GO may be due synergic effects plasmonic Au-nanoparticles GO. performance suggests can provide novel platform developing non-enzymatic biosensors biomedical industrial applications.
