摘要: Renal clearance of inulin is the best available indicator GFR but cannot be used routinely for clinical purposes and also difficult to perform investigation when repeated measurements are required. The aim this study was find a reliable alternative that would allow one avoid use radioactivity problems related continuous infusion marker. plasma unlabeled iohexol, nonionic contrast agent, used. Forty-one patients (creatinine 6 160 mL/min per 1.73 m2) underwent simultaneous renal iohexol.
