摘要: The use of an aerosol process to prepare vanadium phosphorus oxide (VPO) catalysts for butane oxidation maleic anhydride was investigated. Heating created with air aqueous solution NH{sub 4}VO{sub 3} and H{sub 3}PO{sub 4} atomic ratio P/V = 1.2 at 700 C resulted in a material that had average state 4.7--5.0. After activation oxygen mixture, stable catalyst obtained which showed selectivities (MA) up 48% 475 C. X-ray diffraction laser Raman spectroscopic characterization the as-prepared sample mostly VOPO{sub {center_dot} 2H{sub 2}O, converted {alpha}{sub I}-VOPO{sub under reaction conditions. much more active than VPO 1.1 or prepared by conventional method medium. Thus, spite its lower surface area selectivity MA, it produced higher yield MA even on basis weight catalyst.
