摘要: Abstract We develop a microeconomic model of distribution-level electricity market that takes explicit account residential photovoltaics (PV) adoption. The allows us to study the consequences most tariffs on PV adoption and increased under assumption economic sustainability for electric utilities. validate using U.S. data extend it consider different pricing schemes operation maintenance costs distribution network ancillary services. Results show net metering promotes more environmental benefits social welfare than other tariffs. However, if operate increase, will amplify unequal surplus among households. In conclusion, maintaining utilities may become extremely difficult unless uneven is legitimated by benefits.
