摘要: For engineered nanoparticles that are being introduced into the environment, a considerable amount of research has been conducted on transport in natural and systems, especially granular media filtration. Most studies model filtration have focused numerical simulation particle behavior; this was designed to test expectations with experimental evidence. The aim study evaluate widely used colloidal using results from capture A series tests under varying physical parameters such as size, filter depth, velocity. To scrutinize effect parameters, chemical minimized by selecting spherical branched polyethylenimine (BPEI) capped silver (AgNPs) positively charged nanoparticle avoid electrostatic repulsion negatively media. ionic strength pH solution were controlled prevent aggregation AgNPs during period. Overall, fit quite well, but some deviation became apparent size decreased. This result demonstrates behavior could be generally similar particles greater than nano range; however, distinctive nature appear smaller ranges.
