摘要: The honey bee ( Apis mellifera L.) is a key nontarget insect in environmental risk assessments of insect-resistant genetically modified crops. In controlled laboratory conditions, we evaluated the potential effects Cry1Ie toxin on survival, pollen consumption, and olfactory learning young adult bees. We exposed worker bees to syrup containing 20, 200, or 20,000 ng/ml toxin, also some 48 ng/ml imidacloprid as positive control for exposure sublethal concentration toxic product. Results suggested that carries no capabilities However, during oral treatments, behavior was affected consumed significantly less than groups.
