摘要: Since its establishment in 2008, the US Tox21 inter-agency collaboration has made great progress developing and evaluating cellular models for evaluation of environmental chemicals as a proof principle. Currently, program entered production phase (Tox21 Phase II) focusing initially on areas modulation nuclear receptors stress response pathways. During II, set to be tested been expanded nearly 10,000 (10K) compounds fully automated screening platform implemented. The robotic system combined with informatics efforts is capable profiling collection 10K triplicate week. In this article, we describe process, compound library preparation, data processing, validation.
