«Un espíritu nuevo»: la cuestión social y el Derecho en la Argentina (1890-1930)

摘要: This article examines changes in the conceptual vocabulary of early twentieth century Argentine legal world. Inspired by their perception novel «social question», jurists modified traditional views on individual responsibility, private property, contracts, and extent regulatory powers state. Transnational circulation social knowledge local institutional conditions are seen as crucial elements shaping said changes. In turn, these preceding political movements 1930s 1940s, commonly considered main factors transformation state-society relations.
