摘要: With the successful launch of IKONOS satellite, very high geometric resolution imagery is within reach civilian users. In 1-m spatial images acquired by details buildings, individual trees, and vegetation structural variations are detectable. The visibility such opens up many new applications, which require use geometrical information contained in images. This paper presents an application spectral textural used for mapping leaf area index (LAI) different types. study includes estimation LAI indices (SVIs) combined with image geostatistical parameters derived from satellite data. It shown that relationships between biophysical should be developed separately each type, combination texture results improved fit regression equation most types when compared one SVIs alone. High within-field variability was found LAI, suggesting may relevant to introduction precision farming techniques agricultural management strategies investigated area.
