Building peer-to-peer systems with chord, a distributed lookup service

摘要: We argue that the core problem facing peer-to-peer Systems is locating documents in a decentralized network and propose Chord, distributed lookup primitive. Chord provides an efficient method of while placing few constraints on applications use it. As proof Chord's functionality useful development applications, we outline implementation file sharing system based Chord.
