摘要: The effect of the duodenal ulceration induced by cysteamine hydrochloride on development gastroduodenal tumors initiated N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) was studied in F344 rats both sexes. Cysteamine (200 mg/kg body wt.) administered gastric intubation at various times, before, during or after a 16 week period MNNG (100 mg/liter drinking water) treatment. In preliminary experiment, while ulcers were confined to proximal duodenum, pyloric region stomach also showed slight erosion. Five 25 male given 2 weeks before start treatment developed adenocarcinoma duodenum as compared 1 case alone group. addition, animals sexes which received yielded significantly increased incidences area stomach. line with earlier reports, present findings suggest that mucosal damage and subsequent regeneration proliferation mucosa are important co-factors for MNNG-induced carcinogenesis rats.
