摘要: A 68-year-old woman with a history of follicular lymphoma had pathological findings grade 3B lymphoma, mantle cell (MCL), and diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL) identified in 1 lymph node. The DLBCL appeared to be transformation the lymphoma. nodules were diffusely strongly positive for CD20, BCL6, BCL2. CD43 highlighted smaller lymphocytes fraction nodules. BCL1 staining was variable mixture nodular zone patterns. areas showed weaker positivity CD10, BCL2, BCL6. CD3 CD5 intermixed T cells. Ki-67 proliferative index overall estimated 60%. Fluorescent situ hybridization performed on node CCND1/IGH. patterns BCL6 demonstrated 2 separate populations neoplastic B lymphocytes.
