摘要: Die subkutane Mastektomie ist eine Operation mit einer hohen Frequenz von perioperativen Fruhkomplikationen und haufig unbefriedigenden Spatergebnissen. Daher der vor Jahren vorhandene Enthusiasmus langst verflogen hat skeptischen bis ablehnenden Haltung Platz gemacht. Im Extremfall wird das Bestehen jeglicher Indikation fur die verneint [14, 23, 27].
