摘要: This paper provides an overview of emerging information and communication technologies (ICTs) that can be expected to become socially relevant in the next 10 15 years. It describes results a dual discourse analysis publiccations on ICTs. Sources were, one hand, government/policy publications and, other, by research institutions. led identification 11 For each these ICTs, defining features were collected. In order gain larger scale understanding, then regrouped assess which likely effect they might have relationship between humans their environment.
