Standing in the shadows of Brüstle: ordre public & the patentability of human embryonic stem cell technology in Germany and at the EPO

摘要: This paper deals with the ethical debate concerning human stem cell research and methods that are associated it from a patent law perspective. It will focus on patentability of embryonic cells at European Patent Office (EPO) in Germany.
