摘要: Abstract: The eradication of pathogens from livestock and the farming environment is not yet an achievable goal; however, risk reduction measures can be implemented on farm to minimise spread within a herd or flock, thus reducing potential for their transmission into human food chain. Control taken range good practices general hygiene-based targeted approaches which are specifically designed reduce eliminate carriage shedding key pathogenic bacteria by animals poultry. This chapter outlines main microbial hazards associated with ruminant animals, pigs poultry control in these reservoirs.
