摘要: Ten surgical patients who received various operative procedures including abdominal surgery and ENT were the subjects of pharmacokinetic study total intravenous anesthesia with droperidol, fentanyl ketamine. Six arterial samples taken through an indwelling catheter in left radial artery to measure plasma levels ketamine its metabolites by means gas liquid chromatography. Two hours following end infusion, decreased 14% control value (0.81 micrograms.ml-1), while metabolite I (K1) was still about 1.8 micrograms.ml-1 plasma. The just before infusion had not any significant relationship dose ketamine, fentanyl, blood loss or fluid given. results our suggest that long continuous would be safe as judged pharmacokinetics.
