摘要: This review covers the latest research on anaerobic biodegradation of aromatic xenobiotic compounds, with emphasis surfactants, polycyclic hydrocarbons, phthalate esters, polychlorinated biphenyls, halogenated phenols, and pesticides. The versatility reactor systems regarding treatment xenobiotics is shown focus UASB reactor, but applicability other designs for hazardous waste also included. Bioaugmentation has proved to be a viable technique enhance specific activity in reactors recent situ bioaugmentation reported.
