摘要: In the present study, we investigated effect of RANTES-mediated interaction between gastric carcinoma cell lines and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in tumor progression. RANTES production PBMCs stimulated by highly metastatic cancer line-conditioned supernatants was higher than those a less supernatant. receptors were expressed PBMCs, but not lines; therefore it suggested that might affect cells. Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 expression examined. Similar to production, MMP-9 Invasion assays performed. Cancer cultured with invaded into Matrigel more frequently without PBMCs. This invasive activity inhibited an anti-RANTES antibody. These results suggest can acquire potential for invasion cooperating plays important role interplay It is thus thought be candidate molecular target therapeutic strategy cancers.
