A new color-adjustable self-emitting in SrGa2Ge2O8 substituted by Eu3+, energy transfer and the determination of luminescence center

摘要: Abstract To explore a new color-adjustable self-emitting in SrGa2Ge2O8:Eu phosphors, series of experiments and characterization were carried out this paper. Through classic solid state method, we successfully synthesized the SrGa2-yGe2-zO8:xEu (0 ≤ x, y, z ≦ 0.2) phosphors. The resulting phosphors had been structurally characterized by X-ray Powder Diffraction Refinements (XRD) Energy Disperse Spectrometer (EDS). In present study, it was found that under excitation 277 nm, changing concentration doped europium ions, color changes from cyan to white are obtained SrGa2Ge2O8. energy transfer host Eu ions occurs. And ability Eu3+ shown be induced when aluminum substituted nominal composition. bond calculation result shows Sr2+, Ga3+, Ge4+ Eu3+, Al3+ Si4+, respectively, which is consistent with XRD Rietveld refinement analysis. Also, EDS analysis atomic ratio 10:19:20 for Sr/Ga/Ge SrGa2Ge2O8, result. Diffuse reflection (DR) spectra electronic structure display band gap 4.49 3.487eV, respectively. Excited 260 nm light, presents broad peaks 350 650 nm peak at 441 nm. When Al3+/Si4+ it, red-shift matrix photoluminescence improvement SrGa2Ge2O8: can found.
