Emotional Sequelae of Abortion: Implications for Clinical Practice.

摘要: The literature is summarized on normative reactions to abortion and factors that increase risk of negative emotional sequelae. Four areas inquiry for identifying psychotherapeutic issues in regard are elaborated, including: (a) characteristics the woman prior at time abortion, (b) nature social support cultural milieu around (c) medical environment procedure, (d) events subsequent which may have aroused post-decisional conflict. implications research treatment women who had abortions discussed.
