摘要: Die medikamentose Therapie der Arthrose umfasst reine Analgetika, entzundungshemmende Medikamente und Substanzen, die den Gewebeunterhalt unterstutzen Knorpelabbau verlangsamen konnen. Welche Produkte fur welchen Patienten eingesetzt werden sollen, richtet sich nach dem betroffenen Gelenk, Schweregrad Arthrose, Ausmas Frequenz entzundlichen Flares sowie Risikoprofil des Patienten. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Ubersicht uber aktuellen Behandlungsmodalitaten mit ihren Vor- Nachteilen.
