摘要: This chapter focuses on the reconstitution of Fee receptor with high affinity for immunoglobulin E (FcєRI). is found exclusively mast cells, basophils, and related cells. Its aggregation initiates release mediators responsible allergic reaction. Understanding its function will not only shed light field Fc receptors in general but may also help designing new treatments allergy.
