摘要: Pre-prophase bands of microtubules were found in every category cell division, symmetrical and asymmetrical, the lineages root apex Azolla pinnata R.Br. A. filiculoides Lam., transverse divisions files roots. They are also asymmetrical division that gives rise to trichoblasts roots Hydrocharis dubia (B1). Backer. It is possible, a variety types Azolla, predict within fraction micrometre where new wall will be located. In such case midline 1.5–3-μm-wide pre-prophase band anticipates this location. Each daughter cells thus inherits approximately half former site. Images interpreted as stages formation obtained, its replacing interphase cortical arrays. one highly precedes migration nucleus site mitosis. The hairs passes acropetally along dermatogen layer, preprophase seen up 8 advance last completed division. Here, zone formative divisions, present for much longer than duration ubiquity tip discussed relation literature, working hypothesis presented takes into account current knowledge occurrence, development function band.
