摘要: The purposes of this study were to investigate the levels lactoferrin in 180 normal and 132 mastitic camel milk samples elucidate effect age, lactation stage, presence pathogens, somatic cell counts (SCC) on concentration using radial immunodiffusion test. mean log from camels (3.8 ± 0.67) was significantly higher than that (2.65 0.88). concentrations 3- 4-year-old lactating older camels. A correlation observed between SCC score. subclinical infected with Staphylococcus aureus coagulase-negative staphylococci isolates those for other bacterial isolates. No differences reference stage lactation. These data could help understanding mechanisms udder resistance infections. In addition, be used as a diagnostic tool cases mastitis.
