摘要: In order to detect accompanying gastric lesions, we examined 22 patients with familial adenomatosis of the colon belonging 14 families. Various lesions were confirmed in 15 (68.2 per cent) 13 The found histologically be adenoma nine cases, fundic gland polyposis six, carcinoma three, and microcarcinoid two. Fundic consisting simple hyperplasia glands seems lesion specific rectum. Familial coli not only affects rectum, but is also capable inducing tumorigenicity other organs. stomach one organs which extracolonic occur.
