摘要: Abstract Objectives: Analysis of changes in voiding patterns after sub-urethral TVT procedure: urodynamic variations and clinical repercussions. Methods: 112 women included an ethics committee protocol (CCPPRB ) with a mean follow-up 22 months underwent complete testing before procedure filled pre- post-operative questionnaires. Results: the questionnaires showed that two symptoms were predominant post-operatively: dysuria micturitional urge. The profiles banding led to infravesical obstruction but not significant detrusor overactivity. Conclusion: Our results show induced by due obstruction, there was no progression We suggest ways avoid, or diminish, this detect patients at risk from obstruction: training for who use their abdominal muscles rather than detrusor, pre-operative screening hypotonic bladders.
