摘要: The techniques of differential scanning calorimetry, fluorescence merocyanine 540, polarization 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene, proton permeability, and lipid peroxidation are used to compare the perturbations cholesterol alpha-tocopherol on bilayer membranes composed different phosphatidylcholines containing stearic acid in sn-1 position an unsaturated fatty (either oleic, alpha-linolenic, gamma-linolenic, or docosahexaenoic acid) sn-2 position. It is concluded that structural roles may be similar with some but clearly other related phosphatidylcholines. alpha-Tocopherol exerts a much larger effect than rich polyunsaturated acids have their initial double bond before delta 9 Cholesterol interacts more favorably do not membrane effects explained terms size sterol ring structure compared smaller chromanol alpha-tocopherol.
