摘要: The multi-spectral imaging technique has been used for distant mapping of in-vivo skin chromophores by analyzing spectral data at each reflected image pixel and constructing 2-D maps the relative concentrations oxy-/deoxy-haemoglobin melanin. Instead using a broad visible-NIR range, this study focuses on narrowed band 500–700 nm, speeding-up signal processing procedure. Regression analysis confirmed that superposition three Gaussians is optimal analytic approximation oxy-haemoglobin absorption tabular spectrum in band, while two fits well deoxy-haemoglobin exponential function – melanin absorption. proposed approach was clinically tested types provocations: ultraviolet irradiance, chemical reaction with vinegar essence finger arterial occlusion. Spectral range nm provided better sensitivity to changes higher response stability than reduced ranges 500–600 530–620 nm. (© 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
