摘要: Abstract Objectives The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin-D [25(OH)D] and female infertility further explore role inflammatory cytokines. Method We recruited 356 infertile women diagnosed with tubal factor (TFI) or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) endometriosis, as well 180 fertile women. Serum concentrations 25(OH)D, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1 β, interferon-α were measured. Results 25(OH)D concentration in TFI lowest (16.9 ng/mL) significantly different from that (19.4 ng/mL; P Conclusions Both vitamin D deficiency high serum IL-6 are risk factors for TFI. negatively correlated IL-6.
