Whistleblowing: The advantages of self-regulation

摘要: Although whistleblowers are often portrayed as courageous individuals worthy of respect, the act whistleblowing can be viewed a disloyal which may bring much harm to whistleblower’s colleagues. We argue that although some have provided great service society, world would best served if need for external were obviated by appropriate management practices.
