摘要: Microsatellites have been utilized for decades genotyping individuals in various types of research. Automated scoring microsatellite loci has allowed rapid interpretation large datasets. Although the use software produces an automated process to score or genotype samples, several sources error be taken into account produce accurate genotypes. A variety problems (from extracting DNA entering a database) which can arise throughout this might result erroneous assignment one more potentially confounding conclusions your study. Correctly assigning sample requires knowledge chemistry you generate data as well analyze these results. In chapter we describe critical and common points that researchers experience when loci. More importantly provide insight from experienced perspective challenges.
