摘要: Recently there has been much interest in the possible synthesis of proteases by endothelial cells and role these blood vessel remodelling. Endothelial obtained from several different sources have shown to possess pro-teolytic activities capable degrading extracellular matrix components. In this chapter, evidence for production collagenases plasminogen activator will be reviewed. Plasminogen its fibrinolysis are reviewed more detail chapter 20.
