摘要: Objective. To present and evaluate the surgical results of microvascular decompression in treatment trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia hemifacial spasm. Material Method. We 15 patients with compressive syndrome cranial nerve during a period 6 years: 11 2 Results. achieved total improvement 8 partial 4. The most frequent symptom after surgery was hypoesthesia V2 neuralgia. 3 presented temporary facial paresis. Conclusion. Microvascular is an effective low morbidity nerves. goal should be complete disappearance symptoms.
