Clustering of color sources and the shear viscosity of the QGP in heavy ion collisions at RHIC and LHC energies

摘要: We present our results on the shear viscosity to entropy ratio (η/s) in framework of clustering color sources matter produced at RHIC and LHC energies. The onset de-confinement transition is identified by spanning percolating cluster 2D percolation. relativistic kinetic theory relation for η/s evaluated using initial temperature (T) mean free path (λmfp). analytic expression covers a wide range. At T∼150 MeV below hadron QGP ∼168 MeV, with increasing temperatures value drop sharply reaches broad minimum η/s∼0.20 T∼175–185 MeV. Above this grows slowly. measured values are 0.204±0.020 0.262±0.026 193.6±3 from central Au+Au collisions \(\sqrt{s_{NN}}=200~\mathrm{GeV}\) (RHIC) 262.2±13 Pb+Pb \(\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 2.76~\mathrm{TeV}\) (LHC). These 2.5 3.3 times AdS/CFT conjectured lower bound 1/4π but consistent theoretical estimates strongly coupled QGP.
