摘要: The influence of the pathway Ag uptake and processing on MHC class II (CII)-mediated B cell function is unknown. In this study, we investigate in resting activated (via BCR or CD40) cells biological properties CII-peptide complexes (CII-peptide) generated by either BCR-mediated (type I complex) fluid phase complex). Compared with type complex, ligation complex specific Ab TCR Ag-presenting assay results significant decreases survival rate (50-100%) expression levels CII, CD86, CD54. Loss following occurs presence a comparatively good level CD4(+) T division, indicating that loss late event stimulation. Comparative analysis conjugates after reveals decreased efficiency latter forming conjugates. Neither initial differential CII other studied surface markers, inherent differences, signaling, proliferation, nor density could explain cell-induced loss. We propose context which are present membrane leads to survival. Thus, appropriate targeting ensures generation relevant immune responses.
