摘要: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Cortisol levels remain uninvestigated in peri-implant sulcular fluid (PISF) of patients with and without peri-implantitis. The present investigation investigated cortisol PISF among controls (individuals peri-implantitis) METHODS patient population comprised participants peri-implantitis (groups 1 2, respectively). Demographic information data related to implant characteristics was recorded. Peri-implant radiographic (crestal bone loss [CBL]) clinical (modified plaque bleeding on probing indices [PI BOP], depth [PD]) parameters were assessed. In all patients, measured the PISF, which collected using standard methods. Data normality group comparisons assessed, multiple logistic regression performed. Probability values less than 0.01 nominated as being significant. RESULTS Eighty-eight individuals (44 44 groups correspondingly) included. 1, 24 20 males females, there 22 females 2. Mean ages analogous both groups. BOP (p < .001); CBL PI PD (p < .001) higher compared volume its concentrations significantly Regression analysis showed that directly correlated increased CONCLUSION Within limits study, it remains debatable whether or not vary Further studies are needed evaluate role diagnosis
