摘要: PURPOSE To describe complications after renal artery stent placement in patients with atherosclerotic stenosis (RAS) at a single tertiary care center and analyze the risk factors for these complications. MATERIALS AND METHODS Medical records angiograms of 171 who underwent total 179 consecutive percutaneous transluminal (PTRS) procedures RAS were retrospectively reviewed. Data on patient comorbidities, procedure indication, lesion location, serum creatinine level, procedure-related analyzed. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to assess association continuous complications, χ 2 categoric outcomes. RESULTS technical success rate PTRS 98%. Major included infarction five (2.8%), permanently increased level 10 (5.6%) that required hemodialysis blood transfusion four (2.2%), surgical intervention two (1.1%), deep vein thrombosis one (0.6%). Overall, major occurred 15 (8.4%). Death within 30 days but neither death definitively caused by procedure. No found be significantly ( P = .01) have higher levels .06). CONCLUSIONS Renal allows treatment advanced atheromatous significant medical comorbidities. Complications are frequent few long-term significance.
