摘要: Layered double hydroxides (LDHs), well known as anionic clays or hydrotalcite-like compounds consist of positively charged layers. Net positive charges on the layers are balanced by exchangeable anions along with water molecules in interlayer space. In present research, potential for use Ca/Al-LDH local hemostatic agent is evaluated vitro measuring coagulation time human fresh blood presence LDH powder. Crystalline powders required these experiments were synthesized via a co-precipitation method followed controlled hydrothermal process using calcium nitrate and aluminum starting materials under certain synthetic conditions such concentration.
