摘要: A Filed experiment was conducted during the growing season of 2012-2013 to study effect   spraying spermidine at concentrations (0, 50 and 100 mg.L -1 ) Biofertilizer applications levels  125 250 kg.ha their interactions on (growth plant height, number leaves , fresh dry weight herb, flowers weight), yield (stigmas weight, stigmas yield, corms, corms yield) some active constituents (crocin, picrocrocin, safranal) saffron Crocus sativus L.. The treatments were distributed in a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replicates. means compared by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (P?0.05).Both biofertilizer improved growth parameters. more effective than spermidine. mg.l level kg.h strongly affect properties. Consequently, increased (P?0.05). Active constituent’s content significantly ×biofertilizer . increasing safranal crocin picrocrocin. Keywords: Saffron, Spermidine,
