摘要: – The contents of Ca and P in developing enamel the continuously growing rat incisor were examined by electron microprobe. A longitudinally sectioned, epoxy res-in-embedded maxillary from a 5-month-old was analyzed linear scans across at intervals end. Near end, concentrations approximately 2 % 1 found close to ameloblast-enamel junction, increasing 18 9 near dentino-enamel junction. With distance successive increase mineral content observed, together with leveling out concentration gradients surface amelo-dentinal junction seen earlier stages mineralization. Mature contained about 35 17 P. results discussed light previous microscopic observations same specimen material. It concluded that analysis mineralized tissues an early stage development, as microprobe technique can be considered valid approximation true situation. This may also applied study hard varying demineralization.
