摘要: Adsorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) studies demand that analytical methodologies used for analyses be sensitive, selective, accurate, precise, robust, reproducible. Because of these requirements, liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) has emerged as the preferred bioanalytical technique in ADME drug metabolism pharmacokinetic (DMPK) research. This article reviews latest LC-MS instrumentation techniques studies. For LC, use appropriateness various chromatographic stationary phases well ultraperformance (UP) LC chip separations are discussed. The development atmospheric pressure ionization (API) techniques, such electrospray (ESI) chemical (APCI), have made separation amenable to MS analysis. Typical mass analyzers discovery include triple-stage quadrupole (TSQ), ion trap, hybrid analyzers. In addition, authors information on stable isotope dilution (SID) methodology, high-throughput multivariate data analysis (MDA) they pertain studies. Keywords: LC-MS; drug metabolism; atmospheric ionization; triple-stage quadrupole; ion-trap; stable dilution; high-throughput analysis; multivariate
