摘要: Aminated derivatives of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and furfural are critical intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The state-of-the-art catalysts currently used these syntheses mostly homogeneous in nature, motivating design recyclable, heterogeneous catalytic systems. As such, present study illustrates a new method metal–organic framework (MOF)/polymer composites containing well-defined metal nanoparticles sustainable way. One such palladium functionalized MOF/polymer composite is then employed reductive amination HMF under mild conditions. catalyst shows excellent activity, including high TON/TOF (h−1) 604.8/302.4 ∼94% amine yield, which maintained over larger number reaction cycles (up to 15) when compared several materials, as commercial Pd/C (3 cycles). It thought that origin improved recyclability due added polymer, poly-para-phenylenediamine (PpPDA), helps prevent aggregation leaching nanoparticles. synthetic approach further extended other potential with different metallic (NPs).
