These new do not have end-to-end monitoring reporting capabilities to establish realistic Level Objectives (SLO) Agreements (SLA) needed support this concept. As SOA Web technologies proliferate, a service is required collects correlates business logic, platform, network component metrics for problem analysis, resolution, SLA establishment. Traditionally Combatant Commands relied disparate software, system, engineers pinpoint resolve operational problems in fielded (C2) systems. these traditional client/server upgraded SOA-based applications, the nature Net-Centric Warfare (NCW) capability will require three functions merge into one. A Perpetual Enterprise Management (PEMS) enables function effectively manage emerging complexity C2 software bring under programs including Joint (JC2) (NCES).
